After 2 weeks of known Internet connectivity issues (and 5 days without land-line phone) TSB is back on line thanks to Comcast (Comcast: good; CenturyLink: bad)

For unknown reasons CenturyLink couldn't get a technician out that could do anything for us. Their Customer Support Supervisors could only respond with "You are 1 of the 18 tickets the technician has today." (That was the morning call), and with "I don't know why they are not servicing you, I'll try to get someone to you before they go home a 6." (That was the evening call). After almost two weeks CenturyLink's support could only say "I see your ticket has been reassigned over 4 times, there's nothing else we can do for you".

I'm not even going to talk about my land-line ....

There have been no hurricanes, no floods, no fires, basically no disasters outside of CenturyLink's performance. My advice, sell all CTL stock. They will not survive long with this kind of support.

SW Florida appears to be have severe issues with telco & Internet services. Unfortunately, telco issues take precedence over Internet therefore TSB's repair ticket keeps getting pushed out.

TSB is not going down.

TSB has a request for new service with Comcast with an install date of 9/20 or earliest available. Let's see who wins, Comcast or CenturyLink.

All games are currently suspended.  When Internet services resume Each game will be reviewed to see if any problems arose due to the Internet outage.
